Delorme PN-40 vs 60CSx GPS Garmin GPS?
I heard the Delorme PN-40 is superior even going Preformance eye vs. Colorado, but Colorado is so great Geocaching settings on friendly, if I compare with the 60CSx. The only problem is the price! Delorme PN-40 Garmin 60CSx $ 250ish $ 325ish $ 550ish Garmin Colorado does not talk about when you buy a Garmin you pay 30% of advertising expenditure for prodoct's. Delorme did not not put in all the magazines, which explains why it is more cheap. However, I want to focus on products. Garmin Topmaps also sometimes run $ 100 vs Delorme where owners heard that it's free. Just not very easy to configure. Delorme Sorry is $ 400
Ive never tried a PN-40 but I've had a 60CSX for almost 2 years and works very well. I use it for hiking and car navigation. I've locked on the satellites in my house many times and accuracy is very good, even in cities around large buildings. Construction is excellent, I placed in a stream of one and it worked fine afterwards, even if it struck rocks close to 6 inches into the water. By the way, you can now get 10 city maps of dollars on the Garmin website. They have all the great cities of North America and Europe. They are called "maps CityXplorer. Definitely worth looking at, I just wish they were there when I bought my Garmin maps for 2 years. Maybe Delorme is equally good, all I can do is voucher for Garmin. It is a good unit.
